The suite I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a charming view of the old Florentine architecture. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. A lovely touch was the coffee/tea facilities in the room, made mornings more enjoyable. The bathrooms could use some updates, particularly the shower space, as it felt a bit cramped. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would come back for the fantastic ambiance.

We enjoyed the stay, it was an excellent experience. Luxurious hotel, fashionable and new-fashioned room. The room was separate, and we had a particularly nice view of city. The location was exceptional, so close to a l-shaped square. The check in was early and the atmosphere was elegant throughout the property.

Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)
A good oasis in the heart of the city! The location couldn't be better-just steps away from historic landmarks. Our spacious suite with fine views. The staff were helpful and cute. The only hiccup was managing our heavy luggage up to the apartment. Would still return.

Luxurious and beautiful hotel, the idea of having suite was great. Besides, the location was marvellous and unique for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a l-shaped square. The area was beautiful close to shops, trains & buses as well as the best shopping street. The services were terrific, offered us great free Wi-Fi.
